Camp Fees
Newport State Park offers year round Backpack
camping ONLY.
All vehicles entering the park to camp must have an admission
sticker for the park
You must pre register for a campsite
using our online reservation system ONLY
if camping May 1st through October 31st.
If you wish to camp at Newport during the months of November
through April the sites are
first come first serve. No reservations can
be made for those months of the year. If you try to make a reservation using the
online system for the months of November to April, it will list the sites as closed. Not
True!! Newport welcomes you to camp during the "off season"
months.
